Nacional RG
Barcelona, Spain
Nacional R.G. was formally called Fábrica Nacional de Automóviles, Aviones y Motores de Aviación, based in Barcelona, Spain.
It was founded in 1948 by Ramón Girona Guillaume who had worked in France in the aircraft, automobile and motor business. The brand existed only briefly — roughly from 1948–1949.

The name “automóviles, aviones y motores de aviación” shows that from the beginning the firm intended to produce not only cars but also aircraft and aviation-engines.
Nacional R.G. exhibited a small car at the 1948 Barcelona Fair. The model was called the 6 CV (six horsepower class) and featured a two-door closed body. It had a tiny 2-cylinder, water-cooled boxer engine, 692 cc displacement. It reportedly produced some 6 hp.
It was very limited — at least 3 cars are known: one prototype + two pre-series models. One of the pre-series (the grey example shown below) survives in the Museo Colección de Automóviles de Salvador Claret in Sils (Catalonia). It was the 493rd vehicle registered in Barcelona.
It appears that the company never reached full commercial series production, and is now a footnote in Spanish automotive history.
