Motobloc
Bordeaux, France.
The Motoblocs were manufactured in Bordeaux, France from 1902.
They were considered very particular mechanical vehicles and were among the first to unify the engine with the gearbox. The R model has the particularity of having the engine steering wheel located right in the middle of it, between the 2º and 3º cylinder.
According to its builders, it was to give better balance to the engine, and therefore make it smoother. The Motobloc Society closed its doors in 1930.
