David S.A. had made vehicles called cyclecars ​​between 1914 and 1922, then became a taxi company.

The black and yellow taxis in Barcelona are originally based on his work – and was a representative of Citroen.

In 1950, the David S.A company of Josep M. Muné presented a triscooter for urban-center distribution with mechanical design of their own. They made several versions, including a car for two people.

The David building is now the David Shopping Center, office building and Parking in Barcelona.
