We don't often think of Datsun (now Nissan) this far back, but this 1958 Datsun 1000 Sedan was promoted as a "Sports Car Pick-up" with economical operation at 40 miles per gallon.
The 37 bhp, 4-cylinder, 988cc extrashort stroke overhead valve type engine was the result of engineering research and rigid tests.
Available in a wide variety of colors with optional extras such as heater, radio, clock and white sidewall tires.
