G-Power started in 1971 in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt as an "Esso" filling station and remained so until 1989.

In 2008, G-Power celebrated it's 25th Anniversary.

The G-POWER Hurricane RS, based on the BMW M5, set a new record as the world's fastest sedan on the ATP High Speed Oval in Papenburg, reaching a top speed of 367.4 km/h. The four-door sedan is powered by a V10 SK III RS twin-compressor engine with 750 hp / 552 kW.
