2000 vs 2006

A very brief observation of the design details of the 2000 and 2006 Dodge Viper Coupes.
Purely by coincidence, as I was walking to my Porsche dealer to pick up my car from having the front foglight replaced (a $120 bulb, but that is an entirely different story) I came across these two Vipers parked at a car dealer.
They were right next to each other, as if asking to be photographed.
I could not resist. They were even the same color. As I stood there looking at them, I started to notice the details and how, while mostly the same car, every single bit of the vehicles were0 different between the 200 and 2006 model years.
I have always been intrigued by this. It continues to amaze me how many parts are in a car. Here are just a few from a 2000 Dodge Viper GTS Coupe and a 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10.

What amazes me is how much *worse* almost every detail is on the newer car, with the exception of the headlights and brake lights.
Strange... I find the 2006 so much more attractive in its details. Really interesting shoot.
